PROPPING, PILING & ASSOCIATED TEMPORARY WORKS

Operational area
General propping operations are concentrated across Central England, however specialist propping contracts are occasionally undertaken through out the UK.

Services provided
Supply and erection of Temporary Support Systems to secure and stabilise existing structures in a variety of circumstances.

Support may be required due to:
- Fire Damage
- Wind damage
- Demolition
- Refurbishment
- Structural modifications
- Excavation and other works adjacent existing buildings

Systems supplied include:
- Piled ground support to basement excavations
- Raking Shores to provide Gable End and Façade support
- Needle and pinning to allow removal of load bearing walls & installation of lintel beams
- Bracing support to load bearing walls & roofs

Additional services
In conjunction with the principle requirement for the provision of temporary support systems, we often undertake the associated operations to provide our clients with a sole contractor facility. Such services include:
- Steel beam installation
- Wall knockouts
- Demolition of collapsed structures
- Underpinning
- Rebuilding of structural walls
